Congrats to Chris and Nate!!

This year at the 2012 Midwest Conference in Chicago, IL, Christopher Dapkas and Nathan Dwyer, were announced as InStile Acquisition's Top Performing Corporate Trainers. Both Chris and Nate have shown great work ethic and amazing role models for everyone at InStile. InStile is very proud of having two great individuals be part of our company. We see big success and accomplishments for these two! Hope you guys had fun at the conference and Congrats again!!

InStile takes on Arizona!!

Morgan Stiles has been running a competitive contest for the senior corporate trainers the past week. The prize?? A trip to Arizona to relax, play, and visit one of our offices within our organization. The lucky winners were announced Friday; Chris Dapkas, Nathan Dwyer, and Andrew Guss. InStile was excited to see them leave today and enjoy their week!! Congrats boys and we hope you have a lot of fun!!!

Back to the Ohio Office!!!

This week InStile sent a team of their account trainers to their Cleveland, OH office.  Andrew Guss is leading this business trip and setting the bar high for our Cleveland office. Andy goes to say, "Always be ready to listen to good - and especially bad - criticisms, learn from your mistakes instead of making excuses and maintain good communication with your co workers." All wise words of advice for our Cleveland office! InStile is excited for this expansion and can't wait for more this upcoming year!!

Back to Business in Illinois Again!!!

All week long InStile has been on another business trip down to the Illinois. Nathan Dwyer has been leading the pack and has been managing the trip for this past week. "It gives me great pleasure to know that I have the opportunity to manage and run my own business trip." Nathan states.  We know Nathan is doing a great job with the crew: Jaden, Chris, Ryan, Ayman, Kim, and Crystal. Good job guys keep up the hard work!!!

This week InStile has two big business trips going on, both in the state of Illinois! Devon Rayburn and Kevin Bayiha leading each one. InStile is excited to see these two shine on their business trips and hit their goals. Devon says, "I'm excited to have the chance to run my own business trip and have some fun with my crew!" Kevin follows up about his excitement for the business and running his own business trip by saying, "I've never seen a business where there is such an abundance of resources, so if you want to be successful, commit to using them." InStile is so pleased to have individuals part of their team with such great mentality and passion. Keep up the good work guys!!

InStile Expansion!!

InStile Acquisitions, Inc is expanding and expanding fast!!! Where is this new office? Our most recent location is in Cleveland, OH. The Cleveland office opened on October 30th, right before the holiday weekend.

The Cleveland team spent time getting acclimated with the new city. This is our first office in Ohio, and the team is excited about the new opportunity to expand our business to the midwest.

InStile Halloween Party this Weekend!!

Halloween is right around the corner, Are you ready for it? Well InStile Acquisitions is at it again; continuing to be a social butterfly teaming up with the Waukesha office to celebrate Halloween on Saturday October 20^th at the Boscos Social Club in Waukesha, WI. 

Some of the highlights include DJ dancing, games, karaoke, costume contests, and food and drink specials. The event will be held from 9pm-1am. This event is for those of legal drinking age. This will be a great time for us as an office to bond and mingle with friends and family. 

InStile Acquisitions Announces New Corporate Trainers!

InStile Acquisitions keeps on expanding; we are honored to announce new corporate trainers: Kayla Wirz, Khasse Mohamed, and Keya Carter.

These guys have been an amazing asset to our organization. They have been working hard, showing others their determination and over all having a great student mentality. Their coworkers state: “Our business is something that can be taught, but if you aren’t willing to learn and apply it you won’t be successful.”

Kayla adds, “Don’t take yourself so seriously, but do take the opportunity seriously. Genuinely care about the people who are part of your business and realize everyone is a team. “It’s a marathon, not a sprint, and every experience has a positive aspect that you can learn from,” she says.

“Listen to your coaches, because they have done everything and much more to get where they are,” Mohamed says. “Let them guide the way and you will get where you want much faster.”

“Have a great student mentality, an amazing attitude, and a work ethic that is second to none. The person with the best attitude will look past and get beyond the challenges” Keya states.

With Kayla, Mohamed, and Keya being promoted as corporate trainers they will have more responsibilities such as; focusing on training new account managers, helping customers, conducting interviews for entry level marketing and sales representatives, and overseeing the responsibilities of new hires. Enjoy the new journey guys of working hard and playing hard. This is your stepping stone to exceed your goals and beyond.

Taking Over Atlanta Again!!

InStile was back in Atlanta this past week! President, Morgan Stiles and Assistant Manager, Christina Mansfield, had the chance to return back to Atlanta to participate in some manager and assistant manager events. Morgan Stiles had the privilege to speak in front of a crowd of onlookers to discuss business management and leadership skills one must have to succeed. Morgan states, "Genuinely care about the success and goals of everyone in your office, and management will be inevitable!"  InStile hopes you two ladies had fun this past week and can't wait to have you back on Monday!!

Operation Smile Success!!

Thanks to everyone who came out for support of our Operation Smile Charity Event InStile really appreciates it!! InStile is proud to announce that we surpassed our goal with this event for our halfway mark. This event even reaffirmed our commitment to help others and also reinforce how grateful everyone at InStile is. Operation Smile is an incredible organization that does incredible things to help people live normal, healthy lives. Within two weeks' time you see 100's of people's lives change dramatically for the better, which motivates InStile to help raise more money with charitable events like Kickin for a Kause.

InStile Acquisitions had the privilege to attend University of Milwaukee’s fall job fair today. UWM’s job fair was very organized and one of the best that InStile attended. Our President, Morgan Stiles and Human Resource Manager, Pepi Saitoski had a chance to speak with plenty of qualified candidates. InStile is very interested in attending the next job fair UWM offers and is looking forward to receiving the information. Thank you, UWM for having InStile take part in such a great event.                                                   InStile Acquisitions gives a SMILE back

MILWAUKEE (October 7, 2012) – InStile Acquisitions, a local marketing and sales firm will be hosting their 1^st annual kickball charity event “Kicking for a Kause” for Operation Smile. The event will take place at Wick Field from 11am-3pm.  The event will be a FUN activity for family and friends to join. There will be food, drinks, trophies and teams battling for first place.

Operation Smile is an International charity, everyday kids are born with a cleft—unable to speak, socialize, or smile. In some places some kids are shunned and rejected from their living environment or families. In third world countries families are unable to afford the surgeries they need to live a normal lives.

Still participating in local charities InStile decided to give back and expand internationally. All proceeds will be given to Operation Smile. InStile team members are thankful for having the opportunity to walk freely, smile, laugh and we believe everyone should have the chance to do the same.
