InStile Halloween Party this Weekend!!

Halloween is right around the corner, Are you ready for it? Well InStile Acquisitions is at it again; continuing to be a social butterfly teaming up with the Waukesha office to celebrate Halloween on Saturday October 20^th at the Boscos Social Club in Waukesha, WI. 

Some of the highlights include DJ dancing, games, karaoke, costume contests, and food and drink specials. The event will be held from 9pm-1am. This event is for those of legal drinking age. This will be a great time for us as an office to bond and mingle with friends and family. 

InStile Acquisitions Announces New Corporate Trainers!

InStile Acquisitions keeps on expanding; we are honored to announce new corporate trainers: Kayla Wirz, Khasse Mohamed, and Keya Carter.

These guys have been an amazing asset to our organization. They have been working hard, showing others their determination and over all having a great student mentality. Their coworkers state: “Our business is something that can be taught, but if you aren’t willing to learn and apply it you won’t be successful.”

Kayla adds, “Don’t take yourself so seriously, but do take the opportunity seriously. Genuinely care about the people who are part of your business and realize everyone is a team. “It’s a marathon, not a sprint, and every experience has a positive aspect that you can learn from,” she says.

“Listen to your coaches, because they have done everything and much more to get where they are,” Mohamed says. “Let them guide the way and you will get where you want much faster.”

“Have a great student mentality, an amazing attitude, and a work ethic that is second to none. The person with the best attitude will look past and get beyond the challenges” Keya states.

With Kayla, Mohamed, and Keya being promoted as corporate trainers they will have more responsibilities such as; focusing on training new account managers, helping customers, conducting interviews for entry level marketing and sales representatives, and overseeing the responsibilities of new hires. Enjoy the new journey guys of working hard and playing hard. This is your stepping stone to exceed your goals and beyond.

Taking Over Atlanta Again!!

InStile was back in Atlanta this past week! President, Morgan Stiles and Assistant Manager, Christina Mansfield, had the chance to return back to Atlanta to participate in some manager and assistant manager events. Morgan Stiles had the privilege to speak in front of a crowd of onlookers to discuss business management and leadership skills one must have to succeed. Morgan states, "Genuinely care about the success and goals of everyone in your office, and management will be inevitable!"  InStile hopes you two ladies had fun this past week and can't wait to have you back on Monday!!

Operation Smile Success!!

Thanks to everyone who came out for support of our Operation Smile Charity Event InStile really appreciates it!! InStile is proud to announce that we surpassed our goal with this event for our halfway mark. This event even reaffirmed our commitment to help others and also reinforce how grateful everyone at InStile is. Operation Smile is an incredible organization that does incredible things to help people live normal, healthy lives. Within two weeks' time you see 100's of people's lives change dramatically for the better, which motivates InStile to help raise more money with charitable events like Kickin for a Kause.

InStile Acquisitions had the privilege to attend University of Milwaukee’s fall job fair today. UWM’s job fair was very organized and one of the best that InStile attended. Our President, Morgan Stiles and Human Resource Manager, Pepi Saitoski had a chance to speak with plenty of qualified candidates. InStile is very interested in attending the next job fair UWM offers and is looking forward to receiving the information. Thank you, UWM for having InStile take part in such a great event.
