InStile Acquisitions’ Owner, Morgan Stiles, Human Resource Manager, Pepi Saitoski and Assistant Manager, Andrew Guss, headed to Atlanta, Georgia this week to attend the Assistant Management Training Program before the annual Keys to Success Conference. InStile Acquisitions, Inc. is expanding into a new market already this year and Andrew will take on ownership of that office. The training and development session will cover all areas of successfully running a business. Andy will receive training on financial planning, human resource management, office administration, organization, leadership development, as well as every aspect of business management. Owner, Morgan Stiles, states, “I feel this training is crucial when preparing to open an office in a new market. There are a lot of things that go into running a business and by providing Andy with this training opportunity I feel I am truly giving him the tools needed to become a successful business manager.”
